About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at 125790 BC Ltd. as a key member of our corporate governance and regulatory compliance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
    • Ensure that all corporate governance and compliance procedures are up-to-date and in line with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Work Environment

    • Hours: 40 hours per week
