Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Security Operations Coordinator at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling security personnel, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to provide timely and accurate information regarding security operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling and minimize overtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of security operations, including shift logs and personnel schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the security industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or security management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as security operations or customer service.
- Working knowledge of industry-specific software applications and systems.
