Security Operations Coordinator

Paladin Security is seeking a dedicated and organized Security Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kingston.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services by managing schedules, coordinating staff deployments, and maintaining effective communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive work schedules for our Security Guards, optimizing resource allocation to minimize overtime and ensure efficient coverage across various locations.
- Dispatch Coordination: Respond promptly to requests from clients, security personnel, and emergency services, effectively dispatching guards to address security needs and incidents.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise information regarding shift availability, coverage details, and operational updates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules, deployments, and relevant operational data.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating personnel within a security or related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices within the security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for schedule management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
