We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. as a key member of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Control
Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.
Policies and ProceduresDesign, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a positive work environment.
Occupation Classification and RatingOversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and fair compensation and benefits.
Recruitment StrategiesDevelop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Contract ManagementManage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Training and DevelopmentDesign and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Data AnalysisAnalyze employee data to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
Communication StrategiesDevelop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work culture.
Reporting and AnalyticsPrepare and analyze reports to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
Senior Management SupportProvide strategic HR advice and support to senior management to drive business success.
Employee EngagementDevelop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Project ManagementAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Operational ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements- Attention to Detail
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Organizational SkillsStrong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
LanguageFluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
Work Hours35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
