  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Develop and disseminate HR-related communications to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in HR software and systems.
