Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and developing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts. This role will also involve overseeing the analysis of employee data and information, developing communication strategies, and preparing reports. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will advise senior management and respond to employee questions and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • More than 20 people supervised
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Public transportation available
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Flexibility, judgement, organized, team player
Work Environment:

Our company offers a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
