Position Overview

As an HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and continuous oversight of our HR management system. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Technology and Operations, you will utilize your extensive technical expertise, analytical skills, and HR process knowledge to lead the design and execution of effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR system administration and configuration, along with experience in managing HR technology projects and training users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the HR management system, offering guidance and support to the HR team regarding system functionalities, reporting, and process enhancements.
  • Oversee the configuration and upkeep of the HR management system, including the setup of new modules, updates to existing workflows, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Systems teams to ensure seamless integration of the HR management system with other organizational systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs to equip end-users with the skills needed for effective system utilization.
  • Analyze HR data and produce reports to support strategic decision-making and compliance obligations.
  • Participate in the assessment and selection of new HR technology solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the HR technology project roadmap, including planning, implementation, and change management for new initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and best practices in HR technology, recommending enhancements to improve system performance.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR system configuration, ideally across various modules such as HCM, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities complemented by analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams in HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal.
  • A commitment to staying current with the latest HR technology trends and features.
