Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKP FOOD SERVICE LTD. O/A SUBWAY SANDWICH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for long periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, and organized.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
