Head of Channel Marketing Strategy

Role Overview: The NA Channel Marketing Director, reporting directly to the North America CMO, is responsible for leading the Channel Marketing team to drive sustainable growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and empower the NA Channel Marketing team to create impactful and measurable marketing initiatives.
- Enhance Lenovo's brand visibility and preference through strategic partner engagement.
- Oversee a team focused on generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the North American portfolio via channel partners.
- Collaborate with Executive and Channel Leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Work closely with NA eCommerce and Commercial Marketing to foster a customer-centric approach.
- Represent NA Channel priorities in global marketing discussions, formulating integrated campaign strategies.
- Establish marketing KPIs, set performance targets, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in a competitive landscape.
- Approximately 5+ years in a leadership role within marketing.
- Background in technology, particularly in Infrastructure, Intelligent Devices, and Software and Services.
- MBA is preferred.
