About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Commercial Marketing Leader to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our Commercial Business Unit leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving aggressive and expansive growth goals for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing vision for the Commercial organization, aligned with Lenovo's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a skilled team of global marketers in delivering product, campaign, and vertical marketing initiatives across our full solutions portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to evolve, customize, and deliver commercial messaging local to NA, EMEA, LATAM, and AP.
  • Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results, including KPIs that reflect customer behavior and the value of marketing channels.
  • Test and develop hypotheses regarding how to best market to Lenovo's varying customer segments, including Commercial.
  • Develop an overall content marketing strategy for engaging with customers and generating lead opportunities for sales.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market intelligence on competitors and their channel programs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with progressing levels of responsibility.
  • B2B marketing experience in the Technology industry with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Ability to recruit and build high-performing teams operating with data-based decision making.

  • Channel and distribution knowledge and skills.
  • Fluency in digital marketing program development and management, including email marketing, direct mail, paid search, and search engine optimization.
