We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain partnerships, support recruitment activities, and engage our workforce through internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Design and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to support operations and recruitment efforts.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of recruitment campaigns to fill vacancies and support business development.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute communication campaigns to engage employees and support employee engagement objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, recruitment, and communication activities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of creative content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, and external social media channels.
  • Industry Engagement: Engage with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and represent the voice of Salutem.
  • Online Advertising: Develop and execute strategies for online advertising, including display ads and retargeting campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Marketing Budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on marketing spend and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on marketing and communication KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field. CIM qualified or other Marketing/Communications qualification.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring effective resource allocation for campaigns and initiatives.
