About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service appointments for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and schedule service appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and confirm appointments with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding recalls or campaigns and book necessary appointments.
  • Offer alternative dates and times for appointments when customers are unavailable.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive equipment and parts.
  • Proficiency in computerized appointment systems.
