Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our staff and management team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
- Communication and Correspondence
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member
- Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative Support
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Personal Suitability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and Education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Language and Work Environment
- Fluent in English or French
- 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position
