Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Port Moody Kidz Venture Club Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments effectively
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs
