About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service appointments for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on their service status.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding recalls and campaigns, ensuring customers are aware of necessary appointments.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all information is current and complete.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computerized appointment systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
