In this position, you will:

  • Guide members and clients in utilizing existing applications and technological tools to facilitate their transactions independently.
  • Play a key role in business growth by nurturing relationships through effective service delivery and engagement activities.
  • Assist members and clients who have experienced fraud or discrepancies, overseeing the necessary transactions to resolve their concerns.
  • Stay informed about the latest standards, products, and services within the financial sector.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and risk management protocols.
