Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and finding solutions to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience through completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in hands-on, target-driven solutions environment.
  • Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
  • Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
  • Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
