Role Overview: Systems Engineer

As a vital member of our engineering team, you will showcase exceptional technical skills to troubleshoot and support critical systems, ensuring peak availability, performance, and security while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Oversight of Systems and Infrastructure: Manage and monitor all operational systems to guarantee their availability and functionality.
  • Installation and Configuration: Set up, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools in alignment with internal quality standards.
  • Ensuring Optimal System Availability: Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain the highest levels of performance.
  • Application Performance Monitoring: Test for potential bottlenecks and collaborate with vendors to implement solutions.
  • Security and Backup Management: Develop and maintain strategies for data protection and system reliability.
  • System Design Participation: Contribute to the architecture of information and operational support systems.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Author and update system documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for troubleshooting application and technical issues.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external partners and internal teams for problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:

We seek professionals with the following essential skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting manufacturing systems or working within a manufacturing setting.
  • Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with the following attributes will be favored:

  • Experience with serialization systems or manufacturing execution systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure components such as Networks, OS, AD, Firewalls, and Solution Designs.
  • Basic SQL and scripting skills.
