Job Overview
A Day in the Life at EMCO Corporation:
As a Business Development Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 4-phase program designed to immerse you in every facet of our operations, from logistics to sales, and everything in between.
Your responsibilities will include:
Phase 1 – Logistics and Inventory Management: Understand our product offerings, the journey from supplier to client, and the various levels of sales assistance.
Phase 2 – Customer Operations: Engage in customer service, sales at the counter, order processing, inventory management, pricing strategies, credit oversight, financial reporting, and more...
Phase 3 – Inside Sales and Project Coordination: Transition from addressing customer inquiries to overseeing significant projects.
Phase 4 – Career Path Exploration: Utilize your training to identify your preferred career trajectory.
Qualifications
