Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at AAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations of our facility, overseeing the departments reporting to this role, and driving the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful implementation of business plan objectives and provide regular reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency.
- Culture Development: Promote the mission, vision, and values of AAR to maintain a strong culture and ensure success.
- Leadership: Lead the team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, developing, and appraising job results.
- Customer and Regulatory Relationships: Ensure strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with divisional managers to drive business results.
- Financial Management: Work with the leadership team to review and report on facility budget.
- Safety Management: Actively participate in AAR Windsor's Safety Management System (SMS) and promote the company safety policy.

- Education and Experience: Relevant degree or minimum of 12 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred ACA and Licensed AME.
