Job Description: Assistant Studio Manager

As an Assistant Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness 10084, you will play a key role in creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the studio, including greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, and working at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, and present the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Generate traffic and leads, and give studio tours to prospective members
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
