About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Interim Stage Experience Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client service in our Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beauty Studio Management
    • Manage the daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studios, ensuring seamless execution of services and classes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and client engagement in the studios.
  • Embracing Innovation
    • Collaborate with Beauty Advisors to leverage technology innovations and provide an elevated in-store experience for clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments to inform service offerings and client engagement strategies.
  • Client Experience
    • Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring seamless client check-in and efficient staffing levels.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Management
    • Plan and execute in-store events, working closely with the services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Training & Development
    • Manage the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for skill development and growth.
    • Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet business needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development
    • Participate in performance management situations, providing timely feedback and coaching to Beauty Advisors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive performance improvement and growth.
  • Passionate about Clients
    • Regularly act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage to drive sales and client satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
