Job Description: Assistant Studio Manager

As an Assistant Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness 10084, you will play a key role in creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to balance each other's strengths, set goals, and surpass them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
  • Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as "intros".
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones, and talking to members.
  • Generate traffic and leads.
  • Give studio tours.
  • Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
  • Follow up on prospective clients.
  • Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
