In the role of Interim Manager for Stage Experience, you will take charge of all activities, classes, and events at a designated Sephora location. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, as well as coordinating in-store classes.

  • Studio Operations Oversight: Manage the daily functions of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. Ensure that the Studio Coordinator is adequately trained to effectively lead the Studio and enhance daily services.
  • Focus on Innovation: Motivate Beauty Advisors to incorporate technological advancements in their services while delivering a premium in-store experience to customers.
  • Enhancing Client Experience: Supervise the Online Reservation system, which includes scheduling the availability of Beauty Advisors and classes. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support increased service demands and facilitate a smooth client check-in process.
  • Event Management: Oversee all in-store events in collaboration with the services team to maximize client learning and sales potential.
  • Training and Development: Spearhead the development and certification initiatives for Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities to refine their artistry skills.
  • Performance Management: Engage in performance evaluation processes related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports, offering timely feedback for enhancement.
  • Client-Centric Leadership: Regularly serve as Manager on Duty, interacting with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of experience in a comparable role or relevant internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven capability to build and nurture high-performing teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
