Overview:
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field.
This position requires on-site work; remote options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the flow of information within the office.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications.
- Organize and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review.
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical records and files.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and accurately transcribe minutes.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word
- Familiar with electronic mail systems
- Experienced in MS Excel
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows
- Skilled in MS Outlook
Work Experience:
- Experience with reports and records management.
