Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the flow of information within the office.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications.
  • Organize and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical records and files.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and accurately transcribe minutes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word
  • Familiar with electronic mail systems
  • Experienced in MS Excel
  • Knowledgeable in MS Windows
  • Skilled in MS Outlook

Work Experience:

  • Experience with reports and records management.
