Job Title: Client Service Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer service inquiries and respond to client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule field employees to client care assignments
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide support to clients and their families to ensure a high-quality care experience
Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
