Position Overview:
This full-time role encompasses 42 hours per week, where the Team Leader will collaboratively establish work hours and schedules with Supervisors. The position demands adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, necessitating travel to various locations; thus, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential.

- Manage medication ordering, documentation, and administration responsibly.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the residence.
- Be prepared to assist with any emergencies that may arise.
- Encourage greater independence and aim for the highest quality of life for individuals supported.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Developmental Services Worker Diploma or equivalent in the Human Services field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and vulnerable populations is essential.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and assessing effective individualized program plans.
- Familiarity with community resources and networking.
- Current certifications in First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation with Defibrillation Training and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention are required.
- Experience in medication administration is necessary.
- Training in Lifts and Transfers and Personal Care Support is considered an asset.
- A valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license is required.
