Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Millcroft Inn & Spa. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Coordinate the hiring process, including interviews and onboarding
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Research and recommend benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent
    • Administer benefits and compensation programs
  • HR Administration
    • Manage HR records, including employee files and benefits information
    • Coordinate HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
  • Language
    • English
