Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Millcroft Inn & Spa. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and collective agreements.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help employees grow and succeed.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, and provide support to management to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
