About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
