Job Summary

ID Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
  • Partner with the Compensation team to conduct wage surveys and analyze wage and salary data to determine competitive compensation plans.
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select associates to fill vacant positions.
  • Coordinate new hire and new leader orientations, as well as training and cross-training activities within facilities.
  • Assist with hosting events designed to increase morale and company culture.
  • Ensure facility leadership is fully trained and up-to-date on all performance management activities.
  • Partner with the corporate HR team to investigate and advise management on associate relations issues.
  • Write and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR specialist, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, and ADPRM.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
