About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development, execution, and implementation of progressive and sustainable practices that promote health professional clinical excellence and academic practice. You will work closely with the Vice President of Child Development & Community Services to ensure ongoing excellence in evidence-based care, research, program evaluation, and teaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote health professional clinical excellence and academic practice
  • Collaborate with Professional Practice Leaders to ensure ongoing excellence in evidence-based care, research, program evaluation, and teaching
  • Build partnerships across the organization to foster an innovative, accountable, evidence-informed, and outcome-focused culture
  • Manage relationships across the organization to maximize opportunities for inter-professional learning and collaboration
Requirements

We are seeking a Master\u2019s-prepared leader with a minimum of seven (7) years of clinical experience, ideally within a complex healthcare environment. You will have a robust understanding of hospital operations and experience in closely monitoring global trends within the industry with an eye on continuous improvement in patient care.
