In this role, reporting to the Vice President of Child Development & Community Services, you will strategically oversee the development, execution, and implementation of forward-thinking and sustainable practices that advocate for clinical excellence and academic integrity among health professionals. You will serve as a key advisor to Professional Practice Leaders, ensuring the continuous delivery of evidence-based care, research initiatives, program assessments, and educational opportunities, while promoting inter-professional collaboration and fostering a culture that values innovation, accountability, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a minimum of seven (7) years of clinical leadership experience, particularly in implementing organization-wide initiatives within a complex healthcare framework. Your outstanding interpersonal abilities will enable you to effectively communicate, inspire, and engage with staff across various departments and levels, while cultivating an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and achievement. A comprehensive understanding of hospital operations, coupled with a keen interest in monitoring global healthcare trends, will be essential in driving continuous improvements in patient care.
