Reporting directly to the Vice President of Child Development & Community Services, the Director will strategically oversee the formulation, execution, and realization of forward-thinking and sustainable practices that foster clinical excellence and academic integrity among health professionals. The role involves advising Professional Practice Leaders to ensure the highest standards in evidence-based care, research, program evaluation, and education, while promoting inter-professional learning and cultivating a culture that values innovation, accountability, and outcome-focused practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of clinical leadership experience, particularly in implementing organization-wide initiatives within a complex healthcare setting. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effectively communicating, motivating, and engaging with staff across various departments and levels. The candidate should be adept at fostering an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and achieves results. A strong understanding of hospital operations, combined with a keen interest in monitoring global healthcare trends, will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement in patient care.
