Position Overview

The Chef Mom is seeking a dedicated Vice President of Operations to lead our organizational efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operational strategies align with our mission and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role is essential.
Financial Oversight

This position carries budgetary responsibilities ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate such responsibilities.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Team Leadership

Supervision of a team comprising 5-10 individuals is expected.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Office
  • MS Windows
  • MS Word
Work Environment

This role is situated in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and managing a substantial workload.
