About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at SHR CARRIER INC. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Resource Allocation and Management
    • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business objectives and initiatives.
    • Authorize and establish senior staff positions and departments to ensure optimal organizational structure.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent SHR CARRIER INC. in negotiations, official functions, and other business-related activities.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Team Development and Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong and effective leadership team.
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to support team success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
