About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at 3X Design Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with MS Windows and other business software
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience and Education
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
