About the Role

eTor Networks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.
  • Leadership and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate authority to them to create optimum working conditions.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Financial Management: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
