Administrative Coordinator Job Description

Infinite Truck & Trailer Solutions is in search of a meticulous Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful applicant will possess a high school diploma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and refine new administrative processes
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
  • Execute administrative functions of the organization
  • Organize and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Provide training to staff members
  • Oversee and manage office administrative protocols
Supervisory Role:

Direct supervision of a small team comprising 3-4 individuals

Technical Proficiency Required:
  • Email communication
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
Travel and Transportation:

Accessible via public transport

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-paced work setting
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
