Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rauli Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Operations Coordination
- Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and procedures.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
