Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hashemee's Group Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing meeting minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
- Operations Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
- Special Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including events, training programs, and other initiatives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
