About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Determine the size of food portions and costs to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our guests.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Operations and Maintenance
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure efficient service and high-quality presentation.
    • Short order cooking and food preparation to meet the needs of our guests.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in the culinary field is an asset.
    • Availability and Relocation
      • Be available for shift or on-call work to meet the needs of our guests.
      • Be willing to relocate for this position to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake.
