Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at 2717161 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 44 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
