ROLE OVERVIEW
The Personal Insurance Service Representative plays a crucial role within the Acera Insurance Broker Network. Collaborating with a team of skilled associates, the representative will manage insurance documents received from insurers, ensuring their accuracy against established criteria and alerting branches to any discrepancies. Success in this position hinges on strong administrative capabilities, multitasking proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. Additional administrative responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- In-office at our Corporate Head Office
- Full-time, permanent position
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
- Prior office experience is preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
- Experience with insurance document management systems is a plus
