Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Paramjit Plaha Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance, to effectively advise and educate clients.
  • Sales and Service: Seize sales opportunities, solicit new business, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma in a related field, such as business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Insurance Experience: Previous experience in property and casualty insurance, including underwriting, claims, sales, or service, is an asset.

This is an independent contractor agent position, and employees are responsible for making all employment decisions regarding their staff.
