We are seeking a motivated professional with demonstrated life insurance sales experience to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Service Representative. As one of the top insurance agencies in Canada, we offer a full suite of insurance and financial services products, including auto, home, commercial, life, disability, and other financial services.

The ideal candidate will have a LLQP license and a General Level 1 Insurance license, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling and servicing a full suite of insurance and financial services products to both existing and new clients.
  • Answering inbound customer sales inquiries, following up with leads, and conducting insurance and financial reviews.
  • Building referral relationships with industry partners and being a centre of influence within the community.
  • Providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.

We offer a competitive base salary, commissions, quarterly and annual bonuses, with an expected annual target income between $55,000 - $70,000 in the first year. We also provide all work-related costs, including licensing, training, equipment, and continuing education expenses.
