Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Paramjit Plaha Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Insurance Solutions: Provide clients with personalized insurance solutions, including property and casualty insurance products, to meet their needs and budget.
  • Sales and Service: Identify and seize sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in property and casualty insurance disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service, is an asset.
