About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Paramjit Plaha Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and assisting clients to sell property and casualty insurance products offered by our organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Upon receiving a call, you will assist clients by applying changes, cancellations, and updates to their contracts, ensuring that their needs are met effectively while advising and educating them to ensure their complete satisfaction and retention.
  • You will establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies. You will educate and advise clients on our products while adhering to our company's underwriting policies.
  • You will seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers.

Qualifications

  • A college diploma in a related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service, would be an asset

As an independent contractor agent, you will be responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding your employees.
