Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Work SettingRestaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
Physical DemandsCombination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
