About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at ICONIX. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our Outside Sales team to grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our services and products, helping them to make informed decisions.
  • Process customer orders, including data entry and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and letters to support sales efforts.
  • Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives, as required.

As a Sales Representative at ICONIX, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of service and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with our Outside Sales team.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution or a related field.
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
